- Create and complete the seller profile. Agencies and developers undergo manual profile review under the current Seller Terms.
- Submit complete property information. Include location, type, price, size, status, rights-cleared images, availability and contacts.
- Receive direct contact. Prospective buyers use the email or telephone details shown with the listing; the parties handle the subsequent transaction.
Marketplace role: RealCapital publishes listings and facilitates direct contact. It does not process the subsequent sale, contract, negotiation or property payment.
